Transportation Signaling

The challenge we faced, was to provide a portable emergency signal for improved safety and appealing design to help our customer with their brand positioning. After exploring several concepts, we arrived to the development of one that both makes the road safer and shows up the Semex brand.

Medical Equipment

Our team has experience in the process of design and manufacturing of medical equipment such as Bone Fixing Systems, medical tools and surgery implements. To support these capabilities we used FEA analysis to verify the structural integrity of the product.

The Hyperkyphosis Wheelchair

Thinking in the needs of children with a special condition in their spine, we developed this folding wheeled-chair to give the proper support to their back and help them to alleviate the pain. Also a mechanism was designed to allow them to provide their own means of locomotion.

The Conference signal Light

From concept to manufacturing we developed this automatic signal light. Using concurrent design and multidisciplinary approach we coordinated the stages of PCB desing, housing design, user interface, manufacturing process, supplier liason, prototyping and short run production.
